The products are manufactured in Hillsboro, Wis., facility Syntec Inc. is not FDA approved and complaints were filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin accused the couple of Syntec Inc. products are unapproved new drugs that may not be introduced into trade and violating the Federal food, misbranded drug, and Cosmetic Act.
The Government alleges that the company claimed in the video and promotion material that some products can be used to prevent, treat or cure diseases such as asthma, heart disease, cataracts, glaucoma and infection. The products are not FDA-approved as safe and effective for treating any disease.
